These Terms govern your use of The Rich Lists (the “Service”), operated by [YOUR FULL NAME] (“we”, “us”). By making a payment or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Rich Lists is a novelty promotional leaderboard. Users pay a fee to display a name, brand, link, and message and to be ranked by the total amount they have contributed. A payment purchases promotional placement and visibility only.

2. Not a game of chance, investment, or deposit

Payments are not wagers, bets, or entries into a game of chance; are not investments, securities, or a promise of any financial return; and are not deposits held on your behalf. There are no prizes, winnings, payouts, or withdrawals. Your ranking has no monetary value and can change at any time as others contribute.

3. Payments are non-refundable

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.

EU/EEA consumers: because the promotional placement is a service that is supplied immediately, you expressly request that performance begins at once and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. You confirm this when you check the consent box at checkout.

4. Your content and conduct

You agree that the name, brand, link, logo, and message you submit:

• are ones you have the right to use;
• are not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringing;
• do not impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation;
• do not contain malware or link to harmful or illegal content.

We may remove, hide, or edit any entry, and refuse or discontinue service, at our sole discretion — including without a refund where your content violates these Terms.

5. No endorsement

Rankings reflect amounts paid, not merit. A listing is not an endorsement by us of any person, company, product, or claim. Outbound links are user-submitted; we are not responsible for third-party sites.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it. Material changes take effect when posted here.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
