Payments to The Rich Lists purchase immediate promotional placement and visibility. Because that benefit is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable.

What you are buying

You are paying for placement and visibility on the leaderboard — not for a prize, an investment, a specific rank, or a guaranteed duration at any rank. Your position can be surpassed by others at any time, and that is not grounds for a refund.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because your placement is a service that is supplied immediately, you expressly agree at checkout that performance begins right away and that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has been fully performed.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g. you were billed twice for the same action) will be refunded.
• Unauthorized transactions: contact us promptly and we will investigate.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction, we will honor it.

Removed content

If we remove or hide your entry because it violates our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund.

Email support@example.com with your name, the date, and the payment reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.
